Terms and Conditions

1. Damage to Rental Items

All decorative materials and items provided by Siddu Events on a rental basis must be returned in the same condition as delivered. In case of any damage or loss during the event, the customer will be liable for the repair or replacement charges. This ensures the smooth continuation of services for all clients.

2. Rental Items & Ownership

All décor materials provided (excluding balloons and fresh flowers) are considered rentals. Customers agree to return or allow our team to collect these items post-event.

3. Flower Decoration Pricing

All listed prices for flower décor are applicable for artificial flowers. If real flowers are requested, additional charges may apply based on current market pricing, availability, and seasonality.

4. Rescheduling Events

We understand plans can change. Customers may reschedule their event based on availability of slots. It is recommended to inform Siddu Events as early as possible to accommodate changes and avoid scheduling conflicts.

5. Decoration Accuracy & Customization

While we strive to bring your vision to life, achieving 100% accuracy with reference images (especially those sourced from the internet) may not always be possible due to material availability. In such cases, we commit to maintaining a 70–80% visual match, ensuring the closest possible resemblance in design and style.

6. Image & Visual Disclaimer

Images displayed on our website are for reference purposes only. The final output may slightly vary due to lighting, venue structure, camera quality, and available materials. This helps set clear and realistic expectations.

7. Correct Address Submission

Please double-check and confirm your venue address while booking. In case of an incorrect address leading to a failed or delayed delivery, extra charges may apply, and Siddu Events will not be held responsible for late arrivals or missed timelines.

8. Payment & Settlement

For Cash on Delivery (COD) bookings, the full balance payment must be settled in cash before the event begins. We currently do not accept cheques, NEFT, or other online payment modes at the venue to avoid transactional delays or failures.

9. Cash-Only Policy at Event

To ensure smooth operations and avoid technical issues at the venue, balance payments must be made strictly in cash. This allows our teams to proceed without delays or failed transactions.

10. Color & Material Substitution

Due to occasional market shortages or high demand, exact color/material matches might not always be possible. In such cases, we will use the closest available match that aligns with the overall theme and quality.

11. Delays Due to Unforeseen Circumstances

In case of unexpected events like heavy traffic, rains, or natural calamities, delays may occur. Siddu Events will always strive for timely delivery but will not be liable for such uncontrollable circumstances.
