REFUND / CANCELLATION

We understand that plans can change, and at Siddu Events, we aim to support our customers with a fair and transparent cancellation and refund policy.

1. Cancellation Within 24 Hours of Booking

Customers who cancel their booking within 24 hours of confirming their slot are eligible for a 70% refund of the total amount paid.

2. Cancellation Less Than 5 Days Before the Event

If the cancellation is made less than 5 days before the event date, a 50% refund will be issued.

3. Cancellation Before 3 Days of the Event

If the booking is cancelled before 3 days of the event, a 30% refund will be processed.

4. Cancellation Within 2 Days of the Event

Unfortunately, no refund will be applicable for cancellations made within 2 days of the event. However, customers will receive a 15% discount coupon for any future booking as a gesture of goodwill.

5. Cancellation Within 24 Hours of the Event

No refund will be provided for last-minute cancellations made within 24 hours of the event. Customers will still receive a 15% discount on their next booking with Siddu Events.

6. In Case Siddu Events Cannot Deliver the Service

In rare cases where Siddu Events is unable to provide the booked service due to controllable reasons, we will offer a 100% full refund along with an additional 10% compensation, processed within 24 hours.

How to Request a Refund

Use the subject line: “Refund Request”
Include the following details:

  • Your Full Name
  • Event Date
  • Reason for Cancellation

Refund Approval & Timelines

Refunds will be reviewed and approved within 24 hours of receiving your request. Once approved, the refund will be processed within a maximum of 48 hours.

Policy Updates

Siddu Events reserves the right to update or change this refund policy at any time without prior notice. Any changes will be posted on our official website.
